Gareth Gumbley Gareth Gumbley is responsible for the company’s international operations, including its International IT strategy and projects, and executing on global expansion strategy, including M&A opportunities. Prior to joining Wright Express, Mr. Gumbley was Chief Executive Officer of the epay division, and Senior Vice President and Officer of Euronet Worldwide. Gumbley joined Euronet in 2004 as managing director for the Company’s prepaid businesses in Australia and New Zealand until he was made Senior Vice President, Managing Director — Prepaid Processing Segment in 2008. Prior to joining Euronet, he served as chief executive officer of Dialect Solutions (a News Corporation company), a global Internet payments processor. Gumbley is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is based in England. |

Ketil Thorsen Ketil Thorsen has worked for Wright Express since 2009 when he joined the company as the International Operations Director for Wright Express International BV. In 2010 he became General Manager EU of Wright Express International with responsibility for the product development, business development and supporting functions in Europe region. Prior to joining Wright Express he was the CEO - Grensemat AB and KBÄ a food retailer in Sweden. From 2005 to 2007 he was the CEO of Bravida Norway AS a technical installation company in Norway. Prior to this, Thorsen had a career as an associate partner with Accenture and later also through own consulting business specializing in energy Retail strategy, supply chain management and operation. During the period 1982-1998 Thorsen held various Retail management positions nationally and internationally with the Royal Dutch Shell Group. Thorsen has a degree in Economics from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. In addition he has completed several advanced courses in Marketing Management and Commercial Management. He is based in Norway. |

Philippe Chautard Philippe Chautard joined the company in 2010, and brings over 20 years of senior management experience in European corporate fleet and fuel card markets, with expertise in strategy, marketing, IT and business process disciplines, in a multicultural and multinational environments. His motto is “There are no problems, only solutions.” Prior to joining Wright Express, he created and managed a consultancy company from 2007 to 2010 that provided services to major global oil companies and service providers in Europe, Africa, the Middle-East and Asia Pacific markets. From 2000 to 2007 he was Business Development Director for Retail Decisions Plc and Smart Concepts b.v. From 1997 to 2000 he was Group Operations Director for The Harpur Group and International Card Enterprises (ICE) with responsibility for the PAN Europe Card, Exxon Mobil and Texaco Benelux, and Total UK card operations Chautard has been a contributing researcher to the Lafferty Group’s “Global Oil Card Report 2007.” He has a degree in Finance and Management from ESC Nice Sophia-Antipolis. He is based in France. |

Scott Knoll Scott Knoll is responsible for strategy formulation, strategy execution, corporate development activity including mergers & acquisitions, and other projects and strategic initiatives related to achieving profitable growth. Knoll has extensive venture capital and M&A deal sourcing experience, as well as experience in both senior operating and investment roles. Before joining Wright Express, Knoll was a Partner at North Atlantic Capital where he executed investments, evaluated business plans, developed financial models, issued and negotiated term sheets, and managed due diligence. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Management with Finance Option from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. He is a Maine Technology Institute IT Board member. He is based in the U.S. |

Andrew Chamberlain Prior to joining Wright Express, Mr. Chamberlain served as the Chief Technology Officer at Vertex Data Sciences where he led the IT solutions strategy to deliver the highest levels of operational service. From 1998-2004 he held several positions for American Express, including Vice President, International Consumer Technologies and Vice President, Global Corporate Technologies. In 2004 he was promoted to Head of Technologies (CIO) at American Express for Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Chamberlain is a graduate in Computer Studies from the University of Westminster. He is based in England. |

Andrew Dellow Andrew Dellow joined Wright Express in 2011 as the Commercial Director – International Payment Solutions. Mr. Dellow is an accomplished and effective payments professional with international experience in sales and business development, marketing and product management. He has 12 years experience of working in the e-payments industry across a wide range of applications including prepaid solutions for mobile, transport, internet and digital content payments, money transfer, stored value and gift cards Prior to joining Wright Express, Mr. Dellow served from 2008-2010 as the Commercial Director of the epay Division at Euronet Worldwide, a global processor and distributor of electronic payment solutions. With epay Limited, a subsidiary of Euronet, he was the Commercial Director from 2004-2008 and Sales Director from 1999-2004. He is based in the United Kingdom. |
