Every Wright Express card comes with built-in Purchase Controls. Once your spending priorities are established, our flexible, online tools apply them to every purchase. You can create multiple profiles to fit multiple vehicles and drivers. You can choose unrestricted purchasing power or you can limit a card’s ability to purchase fuel, oil/fluids, parts/service, quick lube and general merchandise by various combinations of day of week, time of day, transactions per day, week and/or month.

Our systems check product codes against your profile as soon as a merchant registers a transaction. If it does not conform to any of your pre-set limits, we’ll decline the transaction.

You can also set up Purchase Alerts that let you know via email when certain purchases post to your account. You can create alerts by number of transactions per day, location, state and day of the week.
